i have a celing fan with 4 switchs 2 on each side of the room 2 are 3 way and 2 are just reg and control the light.only one side works and batroom light is not working and is on same circut any sugestions

It sounds like your fan is being fed either to the switches that work, or to the fan itself. Then the circuit goes from fan to switches that don't work, to bathroom. I can't draw it out on here but- if you can follow that, the problem may be in the wiring in your fan, where it feeds to the switch that doesn't work. Either that or in the switches that don't work.
The easiest thing to troubleshoot first would be the switches that don't work. Pull them out of their box and make sure all the wiring is tight and if you can get a book showing you how three ways should be wired correctly, cross reference it and go from there. If all is well with the switches, the next place to look is the wiring above the fan.

The 2 3-way switches control the fan. One of 2-way switches control the light. What was the other switch controlling?
Is the bathroom light a different light than the other one you mentioned?
