Wiring A GCFI breaker with no neutral wire 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I am installing a Jacuzzi brand Hot Tub. In my breaker box I put a 50 amp GCFI breaker which is what Jacuzzi called for. Coming from the tub I have only two hots and a ground, no neutral wire as the Jacuzzi does not use one. The two hots go to the breaker and the ground to the ground bar. What happens to the white neutral pigtail as there is no neutral wire to attached to it at the breaker. Does the GCFI breaker work properly without a white neutral wire?
